At Hayabusa, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear back into its original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
